This weekend’s 22nd TELUS International Dragon Boat Festival
will be featuring a mini-museum, which will be carrying a Dragon
Boat Display jointly produced by the Hong Kong Economic & Trade
Office (HKETO) and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Visitors will be able to learn about the legends behind the
Dragon Boat Festival, and the development of a traditional Chinese
festival into a popular international sports event celebrated
nowaday in more than 60 countries around the world. Throughout the
three-day event, from this Friday to Sunday, the mini-museum will
be the venue of a series of educational and fun-filled activities
for visitors of all ages.
Pictures show two of the display
panels on the history and development of the Dragon Boat
Festival.
