HONG KONG HERITAGE MUSEUM STAGES CERAMIC ART EXHIBITION
To explore the history and development of Hong Kong cuisine, the Heritage Museum will stage a ceramic art display from today until January 5, 2004.
The "More Than Just Food" ceramic art exhibition has enlisted the participation of 12 Hong Kong ceramicists who put together a big banquet with imaginative tableware accompanying 12 special menus designed according to monthly themes. 
Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth (The Five Culinary Elements)
Artists Yokky Wong, Jakie Leung, Emma Chan, Lau Wai-ki, Ho Tai-kwan, Ming Ma, Terence Lee, Chris Lo, Law Hon-wah, Caroline Cheng, Johnson Tsang and Fiona Wong gather in the name of "good" food and transform the gallery into a banquet hall.
