Hong Kong: Asia's world city for business and tourism

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Toronto (HKETO), together with the local offices of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), are conducting a series of promotion events in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba to promote Hong Kong as the Asia's world city for business and tourism.

Hong Kong: Asia's wine trading centre

Hong Kong is the wine trading and distribution hub for Asia. It is also the world's largest wine auction centre for three consecutive years. Last year, Hong Kong imported about 50 million litres of wine, with 37 per cent re-exported and 63 per cent consumed within the city, according to Miss Gloria Lo, Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) in Toronto.
