International fiduciary services provider, ILS, has chosen Hong Kong to be its centre of operations in the Far East, joining forces with UK-qualified chartered accountants Debbie Annells and Kenneth Yeung to
form the joint venture ILS (Far East) Limited. The Hong Kong office will be able to incorporate companies in more than 40 countries.

full banking license. Fimat's new banking status in Hong Kong will help

services, such as increased financing capabilities and prime brokerage services, as well as more complex products following regulatory
approvals.
