As the official representative of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government in Canada, the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office (HKETO) was established in 1991 to promote and facilitate exchanges between Hong Kong and Canada, with a particular focus on trade and economic relationships.
