The Forum provided a useful platform for Canadian environment firms to explore partnership opportunities with Hong Kong with a view to jointly capitalizing on business potentials in Hong Kong, the Pearl River Delta and Mainland China. A “Hong Kong Advantages” session was held to discuss on how Canadian companies could use HK as a platform to provide a familiar legal and financial context to doing business in China.
